&lt;p&gt;A few&amp;nbsp;members have contacted us about problems with formatting when posting content. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Invariably this has been&amp;nbsp;caused by&amp;nbsp;pasting content from Word (or Outlook) directly into the WYSIWYG editor. To avoid malformed html being inserted either:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Paste your content from a simple text editor (such as Notepad.exe) to ensure formatting is removed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Or, use the &amp;quot;Paste from Word&amp;quot; button rather than simply CTRL + V&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
