Word and the WYSIWYG editor

A few members have contacted us about problems with formatting when posting content.

Invariably this has been caused by pasting content from Word (or Outlook) directly into the WYSIWYG editor. To avoid malformed html being inserted either:

1. Paste your content from a simple text editor (such as Notepad.exe) to ensure formatting is removed
2. Or, use the "Paste from Word" button rather than simply CTRL + V
