Occasionally you may experience a problem when signing in to the network. This is often caused by a problem with Windows Live ID cookies. Cookies can be persistent across windows or tabs. If you experience a problem at sign in:
- Sign out of all Windows Live ID applications
- Close all your browser sessions
- Reopen a browser window
- Return to the site
- Sign in as usual and the issue should now be rectified
