&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:9pt;"&gt;* Partner Pitches worked well, the length was about right and Microsoft should ensure all Partners have the opportunity to take part in the future.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:9pt;"&gt;* The &amp;#39;Seeing the opportunity&amp;#39; section with James Akrigg was well received, Partners consistently appreciated the format and delivery and the opportunity to see technology in action that helps you save your customers money.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:9pt;"&gt;* The Virtual Earth pitch was of particular interest to the ISV Partners in the room, and in future sessions the value proposition over competitive offerings needs to be clearer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:9pt;"&gt;* Timing of the events was highlighted a couple of times, it may seem like we finished a little late for lunch&amp;nbsp;- we started at 10:00 am instead of 9:00 am to allow Partners time to travel (as the majority of Partners travelled over 30 miles to attend! hence the later start time.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:9pt;"&gt;* The Q&amp;amp;A session with Scott Dodds worked well, Partners appreciated the open and honest discussions but more time is needed in future sessions to discuss more questions from the floor.&amp;nbsp; Partners praised the relevance of the questions discussed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
