I think this is a good idea, let's see if it produces collaboration; there are a lot of cul-de-sacs but it only takes one rolling pebble of an idea to create an avalanche.
My company, Program Framework, a MS Gold partner, is a member of a rare specialism - the implementation and configuration of Project Server and MS Enterprise Project Management. We have found that the success of an EPM implementation is not so much in the software, but in the correct mapping of the processes to the configuration and well designed training relevant to the job being done. Our backgound is in change management, so we always start with envisioning of the new processes, and the configuration comes out of that envisioning process.
We are especially partner friendly, so we are quite happy to be the EPM arm of existing business consultancies and MS partners who find themselves being asked tricky questions about EPM, and can honestly say we only deliver successful implementations. We quite often have to go into customers to fix the mess that they have gotten themselves into. After all, it is easy to give someone a CD and say "install this" without thinking through how the software will fit into the running of the organisation.

Very envious of you living in Devon. I work for a company that offers partners the opportunity to earn significant repeat revenue from their clients. You can see from our website - www.connectpartner.co.uk - how it works (there is even a simple calculator to make it easy to work out the commission). In essence, we back up all the data from your clients and then give them the ability to work on those documents directly over the internet if their servers go down. Better still, if they are MS Office docs then they are backed up to our remote data centres (not quite as remote as Devon...) throughout the day.
