Good Afternoon,
I am currently putting together a Customer Satisfaction Index as it a requirement as of October. Before I submit any details I would like to confirm where we stand as well as our customers with regards to a Privacy Policy of some kind. Although it is clear that Microsoft do not use or see customer data, it is unclear on how customer data is processed by TNS. Who can we contact and where can we find information?
Kind Regards,
Mat

Hi Mat,
Thats a great question! I manage the Customer Satisfaction Index in the UK and completely understand why this is important for you to clarify. I have requested our team look into this for you and I will provide an update as soon as I hear back from the global managers of CSAT tool, like you I have lots of information on Microsoft's privacy policy however I want to provide the accurate answe specifically in relation to TNS - I will post details shortly.
For other Partners reading this who want to learn more about the Customer Satisfaction Index, can find out more here: https://partner.microsoft.com/UK/salesmarketingsection/smcsat
Hi Daniel,
Many thanks, look forward to your reply!
Regards,
Here is TNS’s privacy policy which is included in every CSAT survey.

I hope that provides you with the assurance you need to complete the Customer Satisfaction Index process, feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions via here or email (danilang@microsoft.com).
Daniel
Excellent, many thanks.
Further to your responses above, where customers have answered the Microsoft-related questions within the survey, can we as Partners access the responses, for example to find out the number of PCs at a customer's organisation?
Thanks very much in advance.
Best regards,
Andrew
